Returns + Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy
BrickSide Customs accepts eligible returns requested within 30 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned with its original packaging and included components. Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.

Opened Collectible Packaging
Products with opened, damaged, altered, or missing collectible packaging may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return if opening or damage materially affects the product’s collectible condition or resale value, except where the product itself arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact BrickSide Customs as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order number and photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping
For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. If BrickSide Customs sent an incorrect item or the product arrived damaged or defective, BrickSide Customs will cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable on ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, intentionally damaged, modified after delivery, returned incomplete, or otherwise fail to satisfy the return requirements may be ineligible for a refund. Any products specifically marked Final Sale before purchase are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes after the order is placed. After this cancellation window, we begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the applicable return process.
