Are releases limited?
Yes some releases are limited check Special edition figures. -
Will sold-out figures restock?
Standard figures may return. Limited releases Will not. -
How long does processing take?
Processing takes 1-2 business days. -
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship Internationally. -
What if my item arrives damaged or has a print defect?
If your item arrives broken or damaged we issue a full refund upon picture proof and you may send the product back and we will send a new one. If it has a defect we will issue a full refund and grant you a 5% discount on your next order upon pictured evidence.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes you can cancel your order within 15 minutes after purchase you must change your order within that same amount of time as well. -
